Our students of Grade 9 (3rd Gymnasium) who distinguished themselves in the A2 Ancient Greek certification exam (PeopleCert) had the exceptional opportunity to take an educational trip to the Academy of Ancient Greek and Latin studies “Vivarium Novum” in Italy, from March 16 to 18.This trip was awarded as a scholarship, and students were hosted at the Academy in Villa Falconieri, near Rome. At Vivarium Novum Academy, students communicated exclusively in Ancient Greek—not only during lessons but also in their daily activities.Alongside specialized Ancient Greek courses, they experienced a place rich in history and culture, as Villa Falconieri, a 16th-century building, combines classical architecture with a beautiful Italian-style garden. They also visited major landmarks in Rome, exploring the city’s most significant historical and cultural sites.
