On Friday, December 13, our students of the second and third grades of Gymnasium attended the excellent English-language theatrical performance "My Fair Lady", by the English Theatre Club, in the "Gerasimos Spathis" event hall of our school. In an interactive, wonderful performance, our students watched one of the most iconic musicals of all time that has captivated audiences young and old alike for decades, watching the story of Eliza Doolittle, a young flower vendor who meets Henry Higgins by chance, unfold on stage. Higgins is a professor of linguistics who is determined to prove that he can teach anyone to speak English correctly in such a way that he is accepted by the highest echelons of society. The performance was framed by the wonderful music and songs of the famous musical.Click here to see photos
