On Saturday, February 14, 2026, the Philology department of Avgoulea-Linardatou Schools organized another conference under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, bringing together members of the educational community. The aim of the conference was to highlight the key features of the new curricula and their practical implementation. It also included workshops where participants had the opportunity to observe and engage with modern teaching practices in philology subjects. Speakers included distinguished education coordinators, university professors, and experienced educators: Athanasios Michalis, Associate Professor, Department of Education, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Alexandra Melista, Education Advisor (PE02), 3rd Athens Directorate Konstantinos Poulopoulos, Philologist, 3rd General Lyceum of Peristeri Maria Nezi, Education Advisor (PE02), 1st Athens Directorate Mariza Fountopoulou, Professor of Ancient Greek Teaching Methodology, NKUA Panagiotis Savorianakis, Education Advisor (PE02), 3rd Athens Directorate Paraskevi Delikari, Education Advisor (PE02), 3rd Athens Directorate Stathis Leoutsakos, Philologist, 1st Model General Lyceum of Athens Tzanentina Porikou, Philologist, 8th General Lyceum of Peristeri The conference was coordinated by Konstantinos Nitaris, philologist at Avgoulea-Linardatou Schools, and introduced by Ms. Areti Veli, philologist and Deputy Head of the Gymnasium.
