Successes & participations of our students in sports – cultural activities

An excellent experience was lived at the MARIA CALLAS MUSEUM by the elite section of the choir consisting of students of Sixth Elementary, Junior High and High School.

An excellent experience was lived at the MARIA CALLAS MUSEUM by the elite section of the choir consisting of students of Sixth Elementary, Junior High and High School. For 90 minutes, under the supervision of a special music educator, they met the great Greek soprano, dramatized and set to music NORMA, TOSCA, TRAVIATA and toured the wonderful world of opera. We received the most positive comments about the behavior of the children. Our Schools had their honor at the 18th^The Christmas MINI Volleyball Tournament "STATHIS SARANTEAS". A delegation from the Commercial Dance Department of our School, under the instructions of Mrs. Goudopoulou stirred up the people who were at the DAK Korydallos with his dance troupes, winning everyone's applause.

While in the competitive part, 55 students from the D, E, F class of our Primary School played volleyball in the 10 specially designed courts together with children from 9 Clubs from all over Attica, in a Christmas atmosphere, showing everyone the very good work done by our gymnasts.

Another successful dance event (flashmob) was watched during a break by the students of the Primary and Junior High School from the Commercial and Brake dance departments of our Sports – Cultural Center.

• After a very good course and 3 victories in its maiden appearance in the Panhellenic School Basketball Championship, the Elite team of our Lyceum was defeated in the quarterfinals of the Region, making a competitive appearance and gaining rich experiences.

Also, the elite basketball team of the Lyceum successfully completed its participation in the ASIS School Championship

Congratulations to all our athletes for the atmosphere in training and competitions, the ethos they showed and their fighting spirit regardless of the opponent.

• The elite high school volleyball team stopped its successful run at ASIS, shortly before entering the FINAL FOUR of the event. Also, the elite volleyball team participated in the Panhellenic School Championship. A great experience for our athletes, who at no point in the race did they stop trying.

• The winter zone exams and the demonstrations for the TKD activity of the SPORTS CULTURAL CENTER were completed today with great success.

Our students from Primary and High School showed their skills in the Olympic Sport and received their belts from the examiner of the Hellenic Federation, Mr. ANTONIS PAPAS, whom we warmly thank for his contribution to the whole process.

The examination process for the acquisition or upgrade of the belt as well as the demonstration exercises prepared by our students themselves, were attended by their parents.
